Interevent manages the organization of national or international congresses and conferences; regardless the subject, place or number of participants. We are involved in all phases of the event.

 





Planning

A clear and directed communication is the key to an efficient organization. 
To alleviate the Organizing Committee of this organizational burden, Interevent acts as the central point of contact between the clients, sponsors participants and speakers. 
Interevent is responsible for all the aspects in planning and managing your event.


Site Selection;


For any meeting or activity, a well chosen venue can make all the difference, for both participants and organizers. 

Critical Path;

It is vitally important to establish a conference critical path action plan, detailing the division of duties, responsibilities and deadlines. Interevent provides regular updates of critical path reflecting progress and modified priorities. 

Meeting with the Organizing Committee;

We can meet you at your office or we can arrange a pleasant and comfortable place to our pre-organization meetings. We can also prepare a schedule for the meeting. 

Dealing with suppliers;

Interevent has a good relationship with several suppliers. We can present different options and quotations so you can have flexibility on your choices analyzing the best price/quality. 

Hotels;

Advise on the selection of the Official Hotels and rate negotiation. 

Scientific Program;

The Program is usually the centerpiece of any conference, providing the opportunity of exchange information among participants. Our experience gives us knowledge to offer consultation to set up an effective and well received program for all those concerned.

Speakers;

Interevent liaises with speakers, coordinators, chairmen and organizing committee; providing audio-visual requirements for their presentation and travel and accommodation requirements. Besides that, we established a contact with the speakers thought invitation letters, confirmation forms, follow-up of participation. All speakers’ data will be on our computer system in order to control acceptance and other information such as, biographies, photographs, paper presentations etc. 

Database Management;

On provision of your current database, we can coordinate mailings to potential delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. 

Audio visual;

Interevent can obtain quotations from audiovisual companies and also make the liaison with speakers regarding their requirements. We coordinate technological facilities and logistics of equipments in each room. The audiovisual presentation will reflect greatly on the quality of the event. 

Cyber Café;

The technology is now part of our days. To offer internet to the participants it will be a upgrade to your conference. We can study a layout of a Cyber-café to the size of your event. 

Signage;

A signage project will be developed in order to the participants to move around without any problem and find all the places as: rooms, exhibition, posters area, VIP room, exits, etc.
